When we stumbled upon this property, the first thing that stood out was the amazing views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and surrounding mountains with rolling olive groves and vineyards. Villa Felice is only a 20 minute drive from Castellammare del Golfo, but as you drive the winding road up to property, in a very short amount of time, you feel as if you are far away, in a rural destination.

We learned that this project had been approved by the commune several years ago; however, the layout of the home was dated and we wanted to bring more light into the property and take more advantage of the natural surroundings.

After sitting down with the geometra and architect, we modified the inside of the home to provide a more open feel by taking advantage of the sunlight with larger windows and doors and the natural beauty of the surroundings can be felt inside of the home as much as it is to be enjoyed on the surrounding terraces.

The project took about 18 months from start to finish and Villa Felice is a great retreat any time of the year. You can enjoy the cool breezes and large pool during the hot summer months or enjoy warming up next to the fire pit during the winter while enjoying mulled wine and barbecue.
